Due to the instant digital nature of e-books, all sales are final. Once a PDF file has been accessed or download links have been issued, we cannot offer refunds, order cancellations, or charge exchanges.
Important Download Security Boundaries:
To protect our digital property from unauthorized sharing, our automated checkout pipeline enforces the following strict operational limits:
- Download Expiration: Your unique download link is valid for exactly 1 day (24 hours) from the moment your checkout transaction is successful.
- Download Attempt Limit: Each automated link allows for a maximum of 2 download attempts only (to allow you to save the file to your primary device and a backup location).
- Manual Link Reactivation: If your download link expires after 1 day, or if you exceed the 2 permitted download clicks before successfully saving the file, you must manually contact us for quick verification. Upon verifying your purchase name and receipt, we will gladly reactivate your link profile or manually deliver your book file directly to you via Email or WhatsApp.
